What to include

The build number - it is in Settings under «Version», and tapping it copies the number together with the commit and build time. If it is about a call, add the call trace from Diagnostics: there is a «copy» button there. None of this contains message text or keys - only states and numbers.

Common questions

How do I add someone?

Show them the QR code from «My profile» or send them the link. The code is single-use and lives fifteen minutes. Whoever used it appears on your side with a question: accept or decline.

Why can't anyone find me by search?

There is no people search here, deliberately. Every connection starts with a code you handed over yourself.

A call has no sound

Open Diagnostics → Last call trace. «Path found» means the connection was built; «audio: sent / received» tells you whether bytes are actually flowing. If bytes flow only one way, send us both traces - yours and the other side's.

I lost my phone

The conversations cannot be restored: the keys were only on that phone, and we keep no copy in anyone's cloud. Set the app up again and exchange codes with the people you talked to.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Data → Delete account, or see Delete your account.
